不同侧压系数对巷道底板冲击影响与防治技术

Study on the Effect of Floor Burst Induced by Different Lateral Pressure Coefficients and Prevention Technology

摘要: 基于N2105工作面位于褶曲构造区的进风平巷发生底板冲击地压事故为工程背景,采用现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟、微震监测和井下试验等手段,对底板变形破坏机制与控制对策进行了研究。结果表明:褶曲构造区侧压系数λ值最小为1.56,最大为2.18,为强构造应力影响区|随着侧压系数的增大,底板应力集中大小和程度变大,且存在一突变点,当λ>1.5后巷道底板塑性区范围急剧扩大,底板围岩稳定性急剧恶化|巷帮大直径钻孔卸压能够有效抑制动静载组合叠加强度,对底板变形破坏有很好的防治作用。

Abstract: Near Yuwu coal mine N2105 mining face to fold zone, ahead of the coal face in the fold zone into the wind drift floor heave, and the occurrence of the 2 serious floor rock burst. The heading is located in the fold zone as the engineering background, using the field investigation, theoretical analysis, numerical simulation, micro-seismic monitoring and underground test, to study the failure mechanism and control measures of floor deformation. Conclusion: fold tectonic region of lateral pressure coefficient value minimum 1.56, maximum 2.18, strong tectonic stress zone; with the increase of lateral pressure coefficient, there is a mutation point, when λ > 1.5 after the roadway floor in the plastic zone is expanding rapidly, a sharp deterioration in the stability of the surrounding rock bottom; large diameter drilling unloading. The pressure can effectively inhibit the dynamic and static load combination strength, good control effect on the floor deformation. The research results provide a reference for exploring the failure mechanism and prevention technology of the tunnel floor in the fold structure area.
